This Privacy Policy explains how Talent Flow LLC ("Talent Flow," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use https://talent-flow.org, our services, and our SMS/text messaging program.

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide: name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address, resume or work history, and anything you submit through our forms or messages.
  • SMS consent records: the date, time, method, and source of your opt-in and opt-out.
  • Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve our services, including matching you with job opportunities and scheduling interviews.
  • To send text messages you have agreed to receive, such as application updates, interview reminders, account notifications, and support replies.
  • To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
  • To keep records of your consent and honor opt-out requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. SMS/Text Messaging

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Talent Flow at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt in: check the SMS consent box on our web form (never pre-checked) or text START. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
  • Opt out: reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT) at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again by replying START.
  • Help: reply HELP or contact hr@talent-flow.org.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

5. How We Share Other Information

We share personal information only:

  • With service providers who help us operate our business (for example, SMS delivery, hosting, and CRM providers), under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to provide the Services.
  • With employers or clients when you apply for a position through Talent Flow and ask us to submit your application.
  • When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Talent Flow or others.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

None of these categories includes SMS opt-in data or consent, which is never shared as described in Section 4.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to operate the website and understand how it is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal requirements. We keep SMS consent and opt-out records as long as required to show compliance.

9. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hr@talent-flow.org. Depending on where you live (for example, California or Washington), you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor them as required by law. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
